“하나님 나라에서 진정한 리더는 누구인가?”

눈에 보이는 리더는
직분이 있는 사람
재능이 있는 사람
부한 사람
말을 잘하는 사람

실제적 리더는
믿을 만한 사람
어디서나 꼭 필요한 사람
자기 일이 아니라도 협조적인 사람
마음으로 일하는 자

이 두 종류의 사람은 어디나 존재한다
그런데 쓰임이 다르다.
한쪽은 일을 저지르는 일을 하고 한쪽은 그 일을 감당하는 일을 한다.
그 열매도 다르다
한쪽은 열매가 없고 다른 한쪽은 열매로 충만하다.
삶의 질도 다르다.
한쪽은 허무할 뿐이고 다른 한쪽은 보람되다.
이런 것을 보면 우리 인생이 정말 하나님 나라에서 힘쓸 일이 무엇이라는 것을 알게 된다.

Who is considered to be the leader in the Kingdom of God?

Those who appear to be leaders:

Someone who is in a position,
Someone who has talents,
Someone who is rich,
Someone who is eloquent.

A true leader:
Trustworthy person,
An indispensable person,
Someone who goes over and beyond the requirements,
One who puts his heart into what he does.

These two kinds of people exist everywhere.
But they are used differently.
One kind of people causes more work to be done, and the other kind of people take care of it.
The result of their work differs as well.
One kind of people bear no fruit, whereas the other produce a bounty of fruit.
The quality of their lives is different, too.
One kind of people live through life and does things in vain, but the other leads a rewarding life.
This shows us what we need to strive for as we live for the Kingdom of God.
